Now a days, country people are aware about health & there precotion and thats good sign for us.
            Here, I will give you information about -  Every people how to increase there Immunity for good health & fighting the diseases naturally. Using such kind of food in there life.

1) Diet food:-

                                        

                      If you live healthy you should eat healthy food, evry people know how much they are Hunger they know it very well. so first upon eat diet food like, Fruits & vegetable, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, fish, nuts and beans etc. This food give you nutrients.

2) Fruits:-

                                       

                  Fruits are useful for giving vitamin - c, in Fruits are available low fat, sodium, many nutrients, they give fiber as well as folic acid, they maintain body pressure, our skin are healthy, maintain our inner body very well. Use Fruits like, Apple, Kiwi, Pomegranate, Orange, Papaya etc, all the Fruits give us strong immunity power.

3) pulses/Legume :-

                                         

                                  This is best sources of dietery fibre & carbohydrates. The Pulses manage body weight and lovel of human body sugar, manage cholesterol. routine use pulses like, Green Gram, Lentil, Black gram, Chickpeas, also use food crop like - Wheat, rice, Corn, oats etc.

 4) vegetables:-

                                       

                         Day today life every people's should eat vegetables like, spinach, broccoli, garlic, kale, swiss chard, collard greens etc those are including planty of vitamins, Minrals, rich in fibre. Useful to maintain weight, they give beautiful skin as well as hair.

                      In daily warkout, you will try push, hip hinge, squat and plank etc. The  Exercise benifit is loss weight, low risk of diseases, Maintai the tress. To keep you physicaly healthy. People also do the yoga under guidance.

7) wash your hands :-

                                       

                                       It became must in today's life wash your hands time to time. Use soap, hand wash, sanitizer, alum for cleaning germs.
